Can this be justified in the present economic climate?

Sky cops earlier had their bit of police propaganda again tonight with the bragging of the 3 �15 million a piece helicopters.Can this money be justified when people below these cops in choppers are really feeling the bite of recession Britain whilst they float about in these luxury hi-tech copters.The coppers seem to have a limitless budget,another new police station in Hull at �39 million proposed,makes me a little angry as all this expenditure for basically chasing teenage twockers is not on,what do you think?
