Oxycontin overdose help?

Say i took 40mg of oxycontin op (time release) pill about 5 hours ago. could i stilll have a chance of overdosing or would it have happened sooner? and i safe to go to sleep? no slow breathing or anything.. just itchy and pinpoint pupils and can barely see. sorry if this is confusing im just really scared !
