Neighbourhood watch.?

Please help me as there is a woman in our neighborhood who is captain of the neighbour hood watch and like she acts SONice nicey towards myself because I'm new in the area. However something tells me she is two faced . I ignore her as much as possible yet every time I open my door she is there or one of her lil followers it's really annoying as I didn't sin up for thiss ****.?
