I need advice and tips ..HELP!!!!!!!!!?

Ok so my friend and I are starting a babysitting Business. We are calling it Kiddie Kare and it's going to be an after school thing (we are only 13). What will happen is we will put flyer's everywhere in my neighborhood and when people call olivia (my friend) will ride the bus home with me and we will go to that house. I want to know what to charge the people for every hour and also some tips on what to do while babysitting. how can i keep the kids entertained? how can i get the parents to like us and call us again?
