Wouldn't now be the time to push Congress to p a revised Line Item Veto ?

Clinton was the only POTUS to exercise this "Pork" destroyer in Bills, yet the Bill was declared unconstitutional in 1998. Congress could "rewrite" one that would meet Constitutional standards and the obscene "pork" seen in the Stimulus, wouldn't have had to happen.
