College dorm party busted?

last night guys across my dorm had a party with about12 people, they had a 24 pack of beer, RA's came in, found for open beers, and took all our names down. here is the sucky part tho, I wasnt drinking, and have 5 witnesses sanying i wasnt. I didnt buy, consume, or have it in my room. I am here on AC scholarship and was wondering what consequences i might face? btw it doesnt say anything in the rules against being an accomplice.
