Question about my daughters visitation with her father?

okay to make long story short.. i left my abusive boyfriend when my daughter was a year old.. she is now almost three, he an i have been in and out of court many times in the last year an a half over the visitation time..i do have a perment restrianing order on him, i am the sole or primary guardine of my daughter, she is with me 7days a weeek an every night, i have her in a preschool based daycare center where she has a strong schedual set and a good behavior pattern, and i work full time, her father only sees her threw the order sat and sundays 9-2pm for visitations and they have to be supervised w/his sister at thier home where many people live, i know each state law differs but i want personal oponions.. we have a upcoming court date because he has not been a good parent..he spends no quality time with her and he lets her do what ever she wants..she comes home to me filthey and nasty and she misbehaves.. he has not payed child support, an he draws disibilty social security cause he cant read, i have asked the courts to make visitation time where he can only see her two hours each day mon-fri at a facilty were volenteers watch over him an her, he disliked the idea so he hired a attorney.. i have up to this point been doenting visitation switch off for almost a year and i have whitness an proof he is a dead beat.. what do you think the courts will do listin to me or him?
