How can I market my artwork on a shoestring budget ?my mediums are pastels oils and acrylics?

I like landscape photography. I picked up a book at barnes and noble that has a phone book size list of contacts to sell your art. It gives you the company information, how to submit your work and a price and terms that they follow. Good Luck!
