How can I stop being Ticklish during a mage?

I go for mages regularly because I am under ALOT of stress because of my depression and because I have terrible back muscles, but every time I get a mage I just lay there and giggle because Im extremely ticklish even when they go to mage my feet, I cant stop laughing. Its embarring and not helping me relax. Im only 14 so im wondering if I get so ticklish because im still pretty young, and young children tend to be more ticklish than adult. Can this be helped?
