Little cyst on right ovary? Very worried!?

My friend had this. Basically, if it becomes a cyst they will pop and give you what seems to be odd timed periods. If this happens go to your doctor, otherwise your fine and it could be a blimp on machine. Either way, it's not from ovulation.
