Mini tummy tuck after c-section?

My MIL keeps telling me to be sure to ask my OBGYN about him giving me a mini tummy tuck during this second c-section. My sister-in-law's OB gave her one during her's and my mother-in-law had one during her hysterectomy. I'm wondering if this is a common thing nowadays and if it costs extra. I suppose I wouldn't think so, seeing as i'm already going to be on the table...what do you think? Any experiences?
