Moms, help me convince my hubby to wear sunscreen daily?

My hubby works outside daily and he gets a little burn almost daily which turns into a tan, but I know how damaging this is to his skin and I really worry about skin cancer as his father has been victim to it. I ask him every day to wear sunscreen and I even lay it out for him but he always forgets....I guess it's a guy thing, he has zero skin regimen so he doesn't remember sunblock. He gets up at 5am and leaves for work so I'm not up then and even if I was I couldn't really force him to wear it, but I do worry! I can only imagine whats gonna happen with his skin later on.. its scary, what would you say to convince him?
