Where should i put lubricant if comdom get ruptured frequently...?

where should i put lubricant if comdom get ruptured frequently...on my before condom or over the condom.I used to put lots of lubricamt over after wearing condom and enen on .But it does not help.should i put lubricant on my before wearing condom.Please give me the correct sequence so that during hard 30-45 minutes i must use only one condom insted of 3-5
