Why are americans scared of a National Health Service?

Unlike what the Liberal media has been saying, it is illegal for a doctor to refuse treatment to anyone, regardless as to if they can pay or not. Government does not need to be in health care, because I do not want to be told what I have to have, or what I have to eat to get treatment, ect.....
